We are located 10 minutes from Old San Juan, the beautiful Spanish colonial city, well known for its authentic architecture, art galleries and lively nightlife.

I stayed at the Condado Del Mar apartment from mid July to mid August 2009. I really enjoy my experience there. The pool is truly amazing. I used to go there twice a day. The beach is right next to the pool and I enjoyed many nice morning walks there. The building is very secure with one security guard at the entrance of the parking and another one for the building and it is at walking distance to all the nice restaurants, beaches and casinos of Condado. It is also a few minutes walk from the pharmacy, the grocery store and the Starbuck. The apartment was clean and the kitchen newly renovated. There was everything we needed in there. The AC was working fine but not needed during the day because it was pretty breezy with the windows wide opened. The owner Dr. Claudio provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and very friendly. I would recommend this place to my friends.
