Cancellation Policy: A 30 day cancellation notice is required for full refund. If notice is not given 30 days in advance of arrival, 50% will become a cancellation fee. Other Policies: Children under the age of 16 and all elderly must be supervised at all times by an adult while in the pool area. Any damages to the property must be reported to the owner and will be the responsibility of the renter.

We just had an outstanding stay at this wonderful home. We felt so at home, it had everything we needed and then some. Couldn't ask for more. We will recommend this house to all our friends and family. We will be back next year.
