This unique private villa residence, newly renovated and furnished, offers breathtaking views from every window overlooking the 11th Tee and fairway of the Fazio golf course and Palmetto Dunes lagoons; and is only steps away from private swimming and tennis courts.

This spacious villa, with over 2000 square feet and vaulted ceilings, has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, and study; with 2 master bedroom suites, each with a king bed and luxury private bath. The third bedroom has a Queen and twin bed. All bedrooms are furnished with new Posturpedic beds and ceiling fans. This villa may also be rented as a 2-bedroom & 2 bath; contact for rates.

An end unit, with lots of windows and skylights providing abundant light, this villa contains many special features, including granite & Corian countertops, Travertine tiled baths, free high-speed wireless Internet connection, and large flat screen HDTV entertainment system with digital cable. Master bedrooms each have their own TV and DVD players. The study is stocked with DVD/VHS videos and books for your leisure time. New dual A/C systems will keep you comfortable upstairs or downstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen features a sunny breakfast room, a large pass-through to the dining room, and a laundry area with full-sized washer & dryer.

This is our special place -- so it has lots of extras that make it a place we love to be whenever we can. We think you, too, will find it a first-class place with the features that will make you want to return again and again.

Palmetto Dunes offers three 18-hole golf courses; and Inverness Village offers its own free tennis courts and full-sized pool, and a baby pool. The beach is less than one mile, an easy walk or bike ride.

The resort is conveniently located mid-island, directly across from the Arts Center, Shelter Cove dining, shopping and recreation area and the mall. The Dunes Buggy will transport you around Palmetto Dunes or to Shelter Cove at no cost.

We spent our 23rd wedding anniversary on Hilton Head. This has been a regulary trip since 1985 and we have stayed in Inverness since the late 1980's. The area is quiet, beautiful and convenient to everything. The unit is absolutely beautiful in every way. The owners not only have pride but also have great taste in the way they have done the unit. It is wonderful and we are already thinking about next year.

The unit was really beautiful and the pictures do not show how great this condo is for a stay. It was close to everything that we enjoyed - the pool was 4 minutes away and the beach was a close drive. You could wallk it or bike it with no problems. We enjoyed the master bed room and bath upstairs. The unit was fully equiped with everything you would need for a stay. Looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time.

We had a wonderful time staying at the villa this summer. The children enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back deck and fishing from the dock early in the morning. We rode our bikes to the beach each day and swam in the pool in the evenings. The convenient tennis courts offered an exciting daily match between my husband and my son. There is something for everyone here! The villa itself is beautiful. We have been coming to Palmetto Dunes for 9 years, and this is loveliest place we have stayed in yet. There was nothing that we needed during our two week stay that was not provided for in the villa. We will definitely rent this villa again next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The villa was absolutely exquisite - the furnishings, the entertainment systems, the artwork - everything was beautifully appointed!
Everyone in our group from age 8 to 89 found something they enjoyed doing. The children enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach everyday. My husband and I enjoyed playing tennis and riding bikes. My mom enjoyed watching from the back deck the herons, alligators, the fish jumping in the lagoon and watching the kayaks as they paddled by. On Sunday we attended Central Church where we felt like we were among old friends. A highlight for my nephew was attending a baseball camp, coached by professional baseball players during the "Week of Champions". We enjoyed Shelter Cove, the Shannon Tanner show, and the spectacular fireworks. We had fun playing board games and cards under the skylight in the breakfast room. We enjoyed sharing meals together that were prepared in the spacious and well equipped kitchen.
Bill and Doris were so kind and helpful and we appreciate all they did to make our stay so comfortable and relaxing.
Thank you for providing such beautiful accommodations. We will forever treasure our memories of this extra special place and the time we spent there.
