The interior of this home has been professionally designed from top to bottom and it shows. Nice, bright and open floor plan. The kitchen area is complete with new appliances and granite slab counters. The dining room is very stylish and will definitely impress. The home has a beautiful Master Bedroom with an elegant Cal King Sleigh bed. The 2nd Bedroom has a lake front view and includes a Malaysian Teak Wood Queen Size bed. Bedroom 3 has a view of the tropical garden, complete with two comfy twin beds. The 4th Bedroom is set up as an office that includes a Full Size futon bed, complete with hi-speed Internet access, desk, and printer. Just plug in your laptop and you're ready to go. You'll enjoy entertaining your friends and family here.

  • An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rental rate is required within (7) days of booking the reservation. The balance is due (30) days before the arrival date. Reservations made less the (30) days prior to the Arrival Date require full payment to book the property. There is a security deposit of $300 that is fully refundable as long as the terms of the rental agreement are met. In addition, to the security deposit, there is a cleaning fee of $150. The cleaning fee is non-refundable.
  • Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, personal or business checks, certified checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. However, we cannot accept personal or business checks within thirty 30 days of your arrival. Keys to the property can not be provided until all checks have cleared and proof of identification has been provided.
