200 feet of Cheboygan River frontage, with boat slip just a quarter mile from Mullet Lake. Great take off spot for fishing and water sports. Private drive with trees screening the home and property. Large lawn and circular driveway ideal for picnics, campfires and safe children's play area. Home has large wrap around deck for river viewing and relaxing. Private pond and adjacent marsh area makes an ideal setting for viewing wild animals and birds. Sandy Mullet Lake Beach access is nearby for swimming. Historic Mackinaw City and Mackinac Island are 30 minutes away.

Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pull out sofa to sleep 8 comfortably. Kitchen fully equipped, with dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer.

We enjoyed the beautiful fall color season, the private river front setting and the closeness to Mackinac Island. A great week for us to spend quality time together.

Our family truly enjoyed our week long stay at this home. We loved the privacy and the large outside space for the kids to play and ride their bikes. The new pier was perfect for fishing, swimming in the river, and docking the boat. The home had all the amenities you would need and the owner was very attentive and provided great information on the local town. We would definately recommend to rent this home and would love to come back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
