Our guest cottage is situated in front of 500 feet of our own Private white sandy swimming beach in Madaket, Nantucket...six miles from the center of town. The interior is in natural, full thickness barnboard. The cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom & a lower deck on the first floor. The double bedded room has sliding door to the deck. The twin bedded room has a sliding door to the lower deck. The third bedroom is the bunk room. The second floor has kitchen, great room, another bathroom & deck. The cottage is fully equipped with towels and linens...dish washer, washer and dryer, satellite TV, Barbecue, deck and beach furniture including umbrellas as well as an outside hot/cold shower.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $1350 per week off season and $2500 weekly plus $150 normal changeover and cleanup fee.
  • The high season rate is $2500 weekly. plus $150 normal clean up fee.
  • Our rental weeks are from Friday to Friday. The cozy cottage is restricted to no more than 6 occupants and pets are not permitted. If you would like any other information I would be more than happy to supply answers.
