CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED!! Beautiful Santa Fe Western Style two story townhome, with a view deck, in the hills. Totally remodeled and furnished. Lovely view of Santa Fe and the San Cristobal mountains. New full kitchen, dining area, living room, in house washer and dryer. Western tiled baths with skylights. Very quiet. There is an indoor pool and spa on the grounds. Two full bathrooms upstairs, one a master bath/bedroom design. Both bedrooms open to an outside balcony, which takes advantage of the wonderful view. Large living area downstairs with cable TV with DVD, high speed Internet access, sleeper couch, rocking chair and recliner. The suite is four to five times as large as the average Santa Fe hotel room - and has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, full refrigerator, oven, and place settings for six. The home has been shown as a model by Realtors in the area. Private and roomy. Two minute drive and eight minute walk to Plaza. Address is 320 Artist Road.

  • This is our vacation home. Rental Labor Day to Memorial Day (September 6 - May 31) is $150 night or $1000/week .Xmas and New Year's weeks $1200. Summer rent June 1 - September 6 is $!90/night
    (weekly $1200). These rates include all taxes. Please add $75 cleaning fee to all rentals. Please call or send Email with any questions. Deposit needed to reserve and hold your dates. Two children maximum. No pets.
  • CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED!! 10 % deposit due when you make the reservation by personal check, credit card or Pay-Pal. This deposit is non-refundable.
    Remainder due 3 weeks before arrival and is refundable if you cancel before the date of arrival.

The property lived up to its description.We enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very helpful. The townhouse was very clean and bathrooms were nicely updated. Would highly recommend to visitors
to Sante fe. Walking into town was easier than the return due to hilltop location.

Location and comfort

A fine townhouse, very nicely furnished, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, paper towels, misc. condiments, etc. Lots of useful guidebooks, maps, and other information left by previous renters or the owner. The listing description was accurate, and the townhouse both clean and well maintained. (One kitchen light buib went out, but new bulbs were on hand.) Very comfortable for 2 couples.
The location is great. The complex was quiet, with no traffic noise at all, and the door and balcony open on a lovely ravine. The walk downhill to the plaza for museums, art galleries, and restaurants, is about 10 minutes. Quick access to roads leading to the opera, the mountains, a huge grocery store.
Many things to do: fabulous opera, but also the chamber music festival. Heading north, the Shidoni foundry and sculpture park, chimayo and the "high road" to Taos. The owner's suggestions on restaurants were very good.
Highly recommended.

Great stay at a great city

The condo was exactly as listed - comfortable, well furnished and clean. Absolutely no problems with getting in and getting settled. This is the perfect place to stay in Santa Fe - close to the plaza. easy access to everything. What was especially nice was having 2 bathrooms on the second floor - same size pretty much and very nice.
Kitchen was modern and well appointed. The owner of this property is very responsive to any questions you have before arriving and any problems upon arrival. We had no real problems except for a missing coffee grinder - I called him to see if it had been misplaced - he immediately responded and we had a new one asap.
Very very good property.

Santa Fe without a view....

The condo was clean and well stocked, but disregard anything in the description talking about "views". Perhaps before nearby trees grew the view was spectacular but not anymore, and the patio furniture did little to entice you to spend time on the deck. The directions received from the owner combined with the condo location within the complex also made it very hard to find. Should also note, this location is not ideal for people who cannot walk distances or stairs, as parking was several yards away and down several layers of stairs, a challenge when unloading your luggage. True the kitchen had been remodeled, but overall the condo was a bit dated and just not what we expected from the description. However, the proximity to downtown was excellent and DEFINITELY do visit Santa Fe! The charm of the town, and the beautiful weather along with all the great restaurants, shops, and especially museums is well worth the visit. Many wonderful full-day or half-day trips are available.
Owner's Response: Thank you for calling attention to the steps - there are about 10 steps if you go in one direction and about 30 if you go in the other. I generally go in the 10 step direction.
The entire condo was totally remodeled 3 years ago. Please see the recent photos on the HomeAway web site.
Most people love the view. We do send each tenant a well maked map with all parking areas outlined. So far we have had 11 great reviews. Glad you liked Santa Fe!
