1600 sq ft (150m2) family home located in a very nice and quiet area of Capbreton, France, surrounded by pine trees. 5 min from Hossegor surf spots, 25 min drive from Biarritz, 1.5h from Bordeaux and under 1h from San Sebastián, Spain, with all amenities.

Ideal for families, lots of space to play and relax! Cycle to the beach and town.
Kids friendly (cot, high chair, toys,...can be requested at booking for free)

4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms

A/C available for 100€ extra per week. to be paid at arrival.

The day area consists of:
- Spacious and bright living and dining space. 2 couches, 1 rocking chair, a big dining table for up to 10 people.
- Separate kitchen with all amenities and table for up to 6 people.
- Separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Big wooden deck connecting the house to the swimming pool. Covered part with a table for 10, a plancha and a barbecue
- Heated swimming pool, 9x3.5m, 3 different depth levels

The night area consists of:
- Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed (180x200cm)
- Bedroom 2: queensize 160x200cm (or 2 singles. please specify at booking if you need the bed to be split into 2 singles)
- Bedroom 3: queensize 160x200cm
- Bedroom 4: kids room with a single bed, pull out bed and mattress (3p. capacity)+ 2 baby cots to put anywhere in the house.
- 1 full bathroom with Bath tub, shower, sink and toilets (access through bedroom 2)
- 1 bathroom with a big shower and 2 sinks.
- 1 separate toilet.

Linen and towels included. Beds to be dressed by occupants

This is a residential area so we are asking to respect the neighbours and we don't accept big parties.
Pets not allowed. Please smoke outside.

Guest access:
The whole house. No access to our garage where we keep our belongings

Other things to note:
At departure, please put all linen and towels on top of washing machine in the pantry.
Please empty all trash cans (kitchen, bathrooms) and don't leave dirty dishes.
Please remove leftover food from fridge and freezer
Please make sure barbecue and plancha are clean
