Location: The Four Winds Condominiums are located on the east side of A1A (8130 A1A) approximately two and a half miles south of Route 206, and about 20 min. from the historic downtown area. The low-rise Four Winds Resort, which is near private beach homes, brings together old Florida serenity with modern day comfort and convenience.

Reservation: Mature and Responsible adult, 25 or older, to vacation at the Condo. ID required. Vacation lease (sent by owner) to be completed and returned with $200.00 security deposit.

Payment, Key, and Cancellation: Vacation payment is to be sent approximately 2 weeks prior to reservation. Lock-box code, directions, and condo tips will then be mailed/e-mailed. No refund if vacation time is not re-booked, 75% refund if vacation time is reserved by another guest.

great condo in a great location!

We were very happy with this condo. It's steps away from the pool and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics. The flooring is nice, no carpet anywhere--tile downstairs and wood flooring upstairs. Great views from the rooms. I would recommend this condo to anyone that can handle stairs easily.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. Owners were very helpful from the get go on directions , nearby places and such. Condo was like home, everything and anything you could possibly need was available including beach things. Only complaint I would have would be the noseeums on the beach - take bug spray. Would love to go back again sometime.

Good place for seniors!

My husband and I both enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had such
good equip. that we ate in most of the time. There wasn't one
thing I needed that wasn't there. We didn't go for fishing but my husband really wished he had brougt fishing gear when he saw so many people fishing and catching fish! We loved Washing Oaks Park, we did some site seeing in St Augustine but mostly stayed on the beach looking for beach glass. We definitely would come back but next time we will wait for cooler weather.

Perfect week!

We have been coming to St. Augustine for the past several years and this was one of the best times that we have had. The owners were just wonderful to work with. They answered emails and phone calls very promptly and the condo was exactly as described in the pictures. The condo was well equipped and maintained. The pool and the beautiful beach is just a few short steps from the condo door. There is so much to do just a short distance from the condo- there are several great restaurants including A1A Ale Works, Santa Marias; there is also a beautiful historic district with all kinds of shops; there is also an Alligator Farm that is fun, and a lighthouse to see. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. There is something for everyone- no matter the age. I would recomend this condo to anyone. You will not be dissapointed in any way. I sincerely hope that my family will be returning to this condo next year.

Excellent Vacation Spot for All!!!

We go to St. Augustine every year, and usually stay @ the Pelican Inlet, but wanted to stay on the beach. We found this condo, and stayed for a week, and LOVED it. Perfect short walk to the beach with the kids, and great pool. The location was perfect for us, and the condo was very kid friendly. Condo was very clean, and was exactly as owners described. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our annual vacation at your condo, and hope to come back next year.
