Brand New Townhouse in Downtown Ocean City. Located on 11th and St. Louis Ave, a quiet residential area located 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Lower level has spacious 2 car garage and a bedroom with full bed and full bath. The next level up features the living room / dining room with hardwood floors and a beautiful tiled kitchen. In the Living area is an HD television with a Sony PlayStation 2 and DVD player. There is a half bath located off the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer combo. The kitchen has the latest state of the art, stainless steel appliances with built in microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen table seats 4 and Island bar will seat 4 more. Upstairs features 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom features a queen bed with full bath, television with DVD player. 2nd bedroom features full lower and twin top bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a sleigh bed with pull out trundle. All bedrooms feature nice size closets with dressers. Balconies on middle and top levels. Families ONLY

Conveniently located in Downtown Ocean City, 2 blocks from Ocean and Boardwalk and 1 block from the Bay. We are across the street from the Ocean City White Marlin fishing tournament weigh in. Ocean City convention center is minutes away. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. UNIT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SENIORS FOR SENIOR WEEK . We are only renting to Families.

Check in is after 3:00 pm on your check in date and Checkout is by 10:00 am on your Saturday check out date. 50% deposit must be received by way of check within 2weeks of receiving rental agreement. Remaining balance due within 1 month of arrival date. Refundable security deposit required. Out of season weekend rates please call for info. Visa / MasterCard now accepted with a 3% service fee added.
    Check in time is 3:00pm on your arrival date and check out is the following Saturday by 10:00am.
    Weekend rates for Friday-Sunday after August is : $500.00. - Each additional night add $250 . Unit must be left cleaned. Families Only... Visa / MasterCard now accepted.
  • Credit Cards Accepted with an additional 3% fee of the rental rate. Maryland sales tax of 10.0% will be added to the rental rate listed above for your week.

Hi Brian, I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay in Ocean City. The Place was absolutely gorgeous and very close to the beach. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The bikes were a great treat.

Again thank you for a lovely stay!!! I will definitely keep in touch for next year!!

Excellent place to stay in Ocean City

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The townouse was very clean upon arrival. More than enough rooms and bathrooms. Fantastic location with very short walk to boardwalk or bus stop. I would recommend this place to any one visiting ocean city.
