Photos and Description of the Marathon vacation condo rental 2BR/2BA Sleeps 6-7

The views from the 2nd floor balcony are amazing, overlooking Boot Key Harbor with in minutes to ocean access. The view from the front is Marathon's only 18 hole golf course. The pool is private with a sunbathing deck also overlooking Boot Key Harbor. The deep water dockage is plentiful with the newest updated docks around. The condo has everything you will need. All appliances, modern furnishings and granite countertops. Location is perfect... close to everything, one mile to Sombrero Beach. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. There is also an elevator in our private paradise.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
Car: not necessary
The Florida Keys is the world best fishing capital of the world. Surrounded by reefs with great diving, fishing and snorkeling or just beach going. Amazing coral heads which hold every kind of fish imaginable. Local experienced guides available. Key West, with all the entertainment it holds, is only 50 miles south on a very scenic drive. The condo provides all the privacy a resort does not have, but, down the street is nightly entertainment, restaurants and shopping. Sombrero Beach, one of the only beaches of the keys, is only one mile down the street. Access to the ocean is only minutes away. The view and privacy is why most people love our condo.

Amazing views : Our condo is one of the cleanest and most modern of the Florida keys. Granite countertops, leather furniture, pillow top beds and other modern furnishings make this an exceptional rental. We also have inside laundry, dockage, pool and extra outside storage if needed.

This property is a get away dream come true. The area is fabulous - lots to do on foot. With out a doubt the greatest.
The property was clean, top drawer in appearance, comfortable and best of all - exactly like it was advertised. Makes you feel at home. This getaway makes you want to live in the Key's permanently. A delightful place to stay. The Owner was fantastic to work/communicate with and transactions went off like a breeze. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The condo is very clean and well maintained. Awsome views from the balcony. The location is just perfect, close distance to everywhere, shopping, dining. Sombrero beach only a mile away. Owners are plesure to deal with! Truly recomend this place.
