Immaculate 5 bedroom 2.5 bath colonial style home on a cul-de-sac that abuts acres of woodland, cranberry bogs, walking trails, bike trail, and famous Lavender Farm. Walking distance to town library, tennis courts, baseball/softball fields, town park that features weekly band concerts; close to Cranberry Valley Golf Course. Three miles to Nantucket Sound town beach; 5 miles to Bay side beaches. House sleeps 10; 5 bedrooms: one king size, two queen size, 2 twin size bedrooms. Large living room, family room, eat in kitchen. Large deck; big back yard for fun & games. Non Smoking. Plenty of parking plus parking space for a boat. -- $2,300 per week in season plus $500 security/cleaning deposit. (If property is left as clean as it was when you moved in, all of your deposit will be refunded; otherwise, a $200 cleaning fee will apply.)
