Sunny, spacious, 1350 sq ft condo, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den and kitchen. Fully furnished with bright western exposure. Just 3.5 miles from downtown beaches and the Olde Naples shopping district, and minutes from US 41 for great restaurants and more shopping. A genuinely relaxed and easy going atmosphere. The resort-like community pool is steps away and is known for its pristine water quality. The pool has a clubhouse with many activities, and plenty of comfortable sunny and covered areas to hang out. Six tennis courts, boccie ball, and shuffle board are next to the pool. Many golf courses are minutes away.

Naples is located in southwestern section of Florida, about 34 miles south of Fort Myers and the Southwest Florida International Airport. Naples is a very relaxed community. You will see million dollar homes lining the shored and expensive cars driving along the streets. As a result the atmosphere of Naples is very inviting and enjoyable. The beaches are pristine and beautiful. If you like to collect sea shells, here's the place to go. If you have time, make sure you get to go on a tour of Olde Naples and see some of the beautiful homes there. Window shopping at the wonderful stores and boutiques is definitely a pastime here. The Naples Pier provides a good place for fishing and there are many golf courses in the area. And don't forget Sanibel, Captiva and Marco Islands and the Everglades.

We Had a Great Time in Naples with Family

My wife and I rented this condo during May & June of this year. We found it to be clean, comfortable, and a great location to access the sites and events in the Naples area. We spent part of the time with my in-laws, who had traveled down from Va. The four of us had plenty of space, and enjoyed our time together immensely. Having such nice accomodations definitely made it easier and more enjoyable.

Perfect Rental

I am rented this condo for 3 months over the summer. I am 25 and was there for an internship. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The lady who rents the condo out is very friendly and helpful. She even has somebody in the area to come fix anything. He was always very prompt and helped us with all our needs. Everybody in the community is friendly as well. She was the best price we could find when searching for a place we could afford as student interns. I would recommend this to anybody and when I go back to visit I will be using this again!

Our stay at Winter Park was very enjoyable, especially since it was my first lengthy vacation. Sally was especially patient in explaining "procedures" to us first-timers and she readily answered emails. The pool is easily accessed, and tennis partners waiting to play. The unit was clean and well kept and larger than I expected. Plenty of space for my 2 sisters and elderly dad. Appreciated the quiet surroundings. It was great having a nearby, willing Mr. Fix-it to welcome us and answer questions. Loved the close proximity to grocery stores and the open air fresh market across the street on Saturdays. Downtown, along with the beaches were also closeby, but parking was tight. Shopping areas were abundant. We don't need to look any further to find a lovely vacation condo.

We enjoyed February in this rental unit. We biked on Gulf Shores, played tennis three times a week and tanned by the pool. Naples Pier is very accessible and always entertaining. We certainly are planning to come back.

Your home was beautiful, immaculate and suited our family's needs perfectly. The pool was fabulous and we spent alot of time in and around it as the weather was perfect for it. Naples is a fantastic community...safe, well maintained and all the people in your condo complex were so welcoming and friendly. It was the perfect way to spend our first family vacation!!
