Newly constructed (2005) complex offers the finest amenities including private access to beach, elevated heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art fitness center and gated entrance. Beautiful decor including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a 50 in. flat screen high definition plasma TV mounted in living room with surround sound. Speakers outside for balcony access. Flat screen TVs in master and guest suites. Dining area can accommodate 8. The balcony offers a beautiful stainless steel grill, a table for 6, 2 lounge chairs and is ideal for BBQ's. Large master suite contains a king size bed, balcony access and 2 walk-in closets. Master bath offers a jacuzzi tub, separate tiled shower and double sink vanities. Guest suite offers a queen size bed. Living room offers a queen pull out sofa.

There are over 15 of Florida's finest golf courses minutes away including The Players Championship (TPC) at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach. The ATP Headquarters hosts professional tennis tournaments. Enjoy concerts and festivals at the Sea Walk Pavillion including the Jazz Festival, the Crawfish Festival, etc. Historic St. Augustine is just 40 minutes away where you can shop, tour, visit a winery or enjoy lunch. St. Johns Town Center (15 minutes away) is great for shopping and dining! Adventure Landing Waterpark is also close by. Amelia Island is just a 30 minute drive. This condo is absolutely beautiful and a great place for girlfriends to relax and have fun. The amenities are spectacular and the location is close to fun restaurants and shopping. We felt very safe with all the security measures in place. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The lanai with outdoor grill was perfect for dinners and lounging with plenty of seating. The beach is just steps away and the pool was a dream come true. Very quiet and relaxing as well as fun!
