This beach house sleeps 10. Watch the sunrise from your bedroom or kitchen, take an early morning walk on the beach, go surf fishing from your patio deck, bring your surf board or wave board for great waves. Call or e-mail for pricing. Have all your friends over for a cookout on our deck. Shopping and dining are just minutes away. Ocean Pier fishing is just 10 minutes away (bait and tackle available for rent) Sunbathe on the semi-private beach. Wadsworth Public Park (10 minutes away) has a half acre skate board and roller blade park as well as tennis, play ground, racquetball, and soccer fields. Washington Oaks State Park offers beautiful flower gardens trails along the Intracoastal Waterway and bird watching. Park your boat at the house and drop it in at Bings Landing which has a public ramp. You name it...it is nearby! This is real beach living.

Bring your boat, we have plenty of parking available at the house for your boat and a public boat ramp is located only 10 minutes from the property at 'Bings Landing'. Wadsworth Public Park (10 minutes away) has a half acre skate board and roller blade park as well as tennis, play ground, racquetball, and soccer fields. Take the kids for a day at the park! Washington Oaks State Park offers beautiful flower garden trails along the Intracoastal Waterway and bird watching. Or take a short 20 minute drive up to historic St. Augustine and ride in a horse drawn carriage through the cobble stone streets and visit this historic city and all it has to offer.
