3 Swimming Pools, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Tennis, Basketball, Playgrounds, and a Trolley that Travels Throughout the Complex. Golfing Close By. All of this Within 1 Mile of Moody Beach. 1.5 Miles to Ogunquit Center. Short Drive South is Kittery Outlets and Portsmouth. Drive North to Portland, Freeport Outlets. Computers and Internet Available in Clubhouse along with a Game room. Outdoor Movie Theater, also. The Best Complex in Southern Maine! We have 2 different units available. First unit has Queen size bed in Master, 2 single beds in second bedroom. Queen size sleep sofa in additional room. Other unit has King size bed in Master, the rest the same as other unit. Pictures you are looking at is of the unite with a Queen size bed.

Go North a Short Distance to Portland or Old Orchard Beach. South to Kittery Outlet Stores and Portsmouth. Only 1 Mile to Moody/Ogunquit/ Footbridge Beach. Miniature Golf, Restaurants Within Walking Distance. We have 2 units available. One has King size bed in master. The other has Queen size.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 7% Lodging Tax Will Need To Be Added To Weekly Rate.

    All Weekly Rates Include All Cleaning Fees, and Registration Fees Needed to Enter Cottage Complex.

    Cottage is Available from May 1 through October 31, 2009. We normally take Reservations by the week Only, But if you are only Interested in 3-4 Nights You can Contact us to see if We Can Help You Out.
  • A 50% Deposit Must Be Made At Time Of Reservation. Cancellations Can Be Made Within 30 Days Of Reservation, But A 20% Service Charge Will Be Held Back From Your Deposit as a cancellation fee (20% of the total weekly amount of rental ,not the deposit amount). If you cancel less than 30 days from your arrival date you will forfeit your full deposit. The Total Rental Amount And Deposit Needs To Be Paid No Later Than 30 Days From Your Check In Date. A Security Deposit Of $300 Will be needed At The Time Of Your Full Payment. No Smoking Or Pets Allowed (Sorry). If Smoking Does Occur A $300 Cleaning Fee Will Be Charged. The same goes if pets are found to have been in the cottage.

This complex is the very best in the whole southern Maine area. No other place has it's own trolley that travels the complex to drop you off at either one of the 3 gigantic pools. Several playgrounds for children. Putting greens for golf. Bocce court. Basketball court. Tennis court. Gameroom. Sauna. Jacuzzi. Fitness room. Outside movie screen which shows movies every week. A large outdoor pavilion which has bands, bingo, and other entertainment several nights a week. This truly is a 'Resort', not just a cottage. And at the price we rent for, it's less than a small one room motel that might offer you a free doughnut in the morning. Once you stay at Summer Village we won't want to stay anywhere else.
