This condominium is nestled closest to the Inlet and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. The unique floor plan is like none other with a separate bedroom wing. Kitchen is fully furnished. Dining room seats 6, Master bedroom suite with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Ponce Inlet is a beautiful seaside town with the old Florida charm of yesterday.

Wonderful Balcony: This unit is very tastefully decorated in a tropical decor, the 28' balcony is unique as it has entrances from both the living room and the master bedroom. You can just close your eyes and see the beautiful sunset so red promising for another beautiful day at the beach! Our family is from the Daytona Beach area, have enjoyed many years of vacationing here and invite you and yours to do the same.

Proximity to Area Attractions: Remember . . . you are within 75 minutes to all the central Florida attractions such as: Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Marineland, historic St. Augustine and the Kennedy Space Center and let's not forget the Daytona Speedway is just around the corner.
