Complete Luxury!! Coconut Grove is South Florida's historic Avante Garde neighborhood. Our luxurious (900 sq. ft.) new loft is a 1 bedroom 2 bathrooms apt. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel microwave, glass top stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Includes all linens, towels, Flat screen TV, stereo, cable, CD/DVD player, silverware, kitchenware, coffeemaker, toaster, washer/dryer and more. The bedroom has a King size bed with pillow-top mattress and Egyptian cotton sheets. Dining room table has 4 chairs and can expand for more room. There is a desk with bookcase and wireless high speed internet . The first bathroom has a glass shower door and both bathrooms have several massage shower heads. It includes underground parking with 24 hour security. Steps to the cafes, bay, theatres, fitness center, spas, movies, restaurants, nightclubs, attractions, and a ten minute drive to the beach . Relax by the rooftop pool or walk to a sidewalk cafe. You will definitely be back!!
