Welcome to our brand new piece of paradise! We want you to experience our platinum level tropical retreat first-hand by vacationing in our beautiful three bedroom condo. Our 12th floor West end corner unit, with a wrap around balcony, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with its spectacular sunsets and the golf course of Seascape. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath and has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing, unforgettable vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is comfortable seating for 12. You will also enjoy outdoor meals on the balcony with seating for 8. We have two gas grills on the lawn. There are great restaurants, shopping, entertainment and gym facilities nearby.

Baytowne Wharf is just down the road and offers live music, outdoor theaters, dancing and lots of shops and restaurants...a great family outing. The popular Seaside community is a short drive to the east with more shopping and restaurants and art galleries. Tops'l and Grayton Beach state parks offer pristine beaches and natural surroundings ideal for biking and walking. Join us in our upscale condo for a wonderful family vacation. My husband travels 75% of the year and wanted our spot to be as comfortable as we would be at home...We were so delighted,#1 the view beyond spectacular,#2 Brenda did a fantastic job with comfort and decor...She had some amenities there for those that forget something, that was incredibly thoughtful. We love this place and hope to make it an annual trip.For the first time in 30 years no was ready to come home...thanks Brenda and Bill...you've got a special place.Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with the Madden Family.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE! We could not have asked for a more beautiful and restfull place to stay. Our whole family thought it was fantastic! Brenda, thanks so much for all your help. We had everything we needed and then some. We hope to stay here everytime we're in Destin.

Awesome Condo. We had two families of four staying and there was plenty of space. All the personal touches made it so inviting and such a special place to spend a vaction. We loved the wrap around balcony and being able to see everyting. We will be back. Thank you for sharing such a special place with our two families. We had a Awesome time.
