Description of the Sandestin vacation condo rental
Welcome to our brand new piece of paradise! We want you to experience our platinum level tropical retreat first-hand by vacationing in our beautiful three bedroom condo. Our 12th floor West end corner unit, with a wrap around balcony, overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with its spectacular sunsets and the golf course of Seascape. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath and has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a relaxing, unforgettable vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is comfortable seating for 12. You will also enjoy outdoor meals on the balcony with seating for 8. We have two gas grills on the lawn. There are great restaurants, shopping, entertainment and gym facilities nearby.

The new Ariel Dunes 24-story building is just a short walk directly to the beach, located between Sandestin and Destin and very near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons and several popular restaurants. Golfers and tennis players have many choices of places to play and Destin Harbor is nearby offering charter boat fishing, sunset sails, and dolphin/glass bottom boat cruises in the bay. Baytowne Wharf is just down the road and offers live music, outdoor theaters, dancing and lots of shops and restaurants...a great family outing. The popular Seaside community is a short drive to the east with more shopping and restaurants and art galleries. Tops'l and Grayton Beach state parks offer pristine beaches and natural surroundings ideal for biking and walking. Join us in our upscale condo for a wonderful family vacation. You'll want a repeat vacation!
