If you're looking for privacy with the sound of the ocean as you sleep or have your morning coffee on the balcony, this is the vacation home of choice! NOT JUST 'NEAR' THE OCEAN, BUT APPX. 35 FEET FROM OCEAN WATER ROCKS!!!! Two living areas for couple privacy, separate entrances, but all in one home. Steps away from the oceanfront rocks at Cambria’s coast, and walking distance to Moonstone Beach, Shamel Park, and East West Ranch oceanfront walking trails. This is a Non smoking, no pet, adult vacation home. Very clean and very comfortable. You are welcome to preview before you confirm your stay with us.

We had a ladies only family reunion in Nov 2008 at this property and we all LOVED it! The home has an awesome view, we ended up spending a couple of evenings just eating in and hanging out. The home is very comfortable and very clean, with spacious accomodations and Carolyn was just about the nicest, most helpful host you could ask for!
If you travel there between Nov and Feb, DO NOT MISS the sightings of elephant seals at Vista Point.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cambria in July 2007. The house is beautifully situated overlooking the sea and very tastefully furnished and decorated. A great deal of thought has gone into making it a home from home. Carolyn was extremely helpful at all times and a very considerate host.

This was a very nice, comfortable home. We enjoyed the stay and actually did not do all the activities we intended to do. The location and ocean was too close to leave. We will return and hopefully take advantage of the monthly discount rates again. Thanks and we hope other renters keep it as nice as we did. Totally enjoyed it all!

Just wanted to pass our thanks for making such a wonderful home available to rent. We have stayed here twice and we enjoyed the fall most of all. Hardly any fog, still sunny, and nothing was better than sitting on the balcony watching the ocean hit the rocks with that special glass of wine. You made sure everything was available, clean, and very, very nice. Will definitely return again. Very quiet and private area. We didn't just get a view of the ocean, WE GOT THE OCEAN!
