Grand Cayman Condo Rental Photos and Description
2 Bed/2 Bath with endless views of the Caribbean from every window.
'A Mid-Winter Night's Dream' is located on the quiet side of the island, about 40 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport (GCM).
This is a first floor, end unit that provides easy access to the freshwater pool, white sand beach, and clear blue Caribbean Sea.
Don't confuse this condo with many of the rentals in the vicinity that are located on an inlet or bay. This villa has all the benefits of true oceanfront living - the ocean breeze, snorkeling at the reef, and an endless view of the Caribbean Sea.
The condo sleeps 4-6 people with its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a sofa-sleeper in the living room.
The North Pointe Condos consist of only 10 units. The beach, BBQ pit, and pool are for use by guests only. These areas never get crowded.
The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom. You can lay in the king size bed while watching the waves roll in.
The 2nd bedroom features two twin size beds with easy access to the bathroom, living room, and lanai.
Central air conditioning keeps the condo at a comfortable temperature.
The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, in-sink garbage disposal, toaster oven and blender. There are enough cooking utensils to serve just about any cooking need.
There is a large screened-in lanai with an incredible view of the Caribbean. Enjoy the tropical breeze, view of the sea, and the sound of waves from the comforts of the condo. Walk out the lanai's door and you are just steps away from the freshwater pool, white sand beach, and clear blue Caribbean Sea.
The freshwater pool has an attached kiddie pool. There are beach towels and water floats in the condo for our guests to use.
The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, color TV with cable, and telephone. The bathrooms are furnished with starter supplies (toilet paper, etc.). If you happen to run out, Chisholm's Grocery is only 5 minutes away.
A local maintenance man is available in case of an emergency. Phone numbers are posted on the refrigerator.

About Daniel Lang
We are the Lang family from St. Paul, Minnesota. Patrick (RIP) and Kathleen Lang plus their children Daniel and Laurie.
Laurie is married to Gregg Deters and has two talented kids of her own, Haley and Ben (all pictured here).
When we visit the island, we enjoy scuba diving, snorkeling, and relaxing in the pool.
Daniel Lang purchased this condo in 1999
Why Daniel Lang chose Grand Cayman
Patrick and Kay first visited Grand Cayman in 1972. They fell in love with the island and the new friends they made. Decades later, they were finally able to realize their dream of owning property on the island's North Side.
What makes this condo unique
The sound of the waves lulling you to sleep at night and gently waking you in the morning is very therapeutic. The ocean breeze blowing through the lanai feels nice on your sun soaked skin. Taking a dip in the pool is as simple as walking a few steps away from our private patio. You'll rarely see another person when you take a stroll down the beach. This is an amazing place to recharge your batteries and escape from the trappings of everyday life.
Guestbook comments from the owner
Our family stayed at this condo on the beach. It is only steps to the water and pool from the deck patio. Accommodations were great for a family of six. The location was very quiet and fairly secluded. Only minutes away from Cayman Kai for true island experiences. A little farther to more populated areas of Georgetown and 7 mile beach area but nice place to come back to. The condo has everything you need and then some. We grilled and used the kitchen for fantastic grilled Red Snapper, Grouper, and shrimp. The blender really got tested for the frozen drinks and worked just fine. About the only thing it did not have was a portable CD player but it does now as I left a small one for future guests. Very tranquil. Super nice to have the ocean breeze and sound of ocean waves morning, afternoon and evening. There is nothing more we needed and the rental owner was very quick to respond to questions, etc... very nice that they are able to share their little piece of paradise - a mid-winter night's dream.
