Spend your next vacation in our newly renovated Gulf Front Condo on beautiful Clearwater Beach. This 1420 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom Condo is located directly on the beach and is very clean and fully furnished with everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Just bring your tooth brush and your swim suit!!

Walk to restaurants serving fresh seafood, shopping and all types of water sports. Visit the marina where you can go fishing for Grouper, take a dinner cruise or sail into the sunset.

Spring break on Clearwater Beach is not a pleasant experience.We booked for 3 weeks and had our fill after one week of it.We left.When we booked this condo we were told by the owner that this was the quiet end of the beach.Live and learn.
Owner's Response: This is an unfortunate situation and in the 11 years that we have been renting our beautiful beachfront condo this is our first complaint.
Most people going to Florida for Spring Break are aware that the beaches, restaurtants, etc. will be more heavily popluated than at other times of the year.
When we became aware of the tenant's dissatisfaction we offered them free lodging at any time of their choice. They declined our offer and stated that they would probably not be returning to Florida.

Wonderful Place to Rent

Myself & 2 friends stayed at this condo as we were attending 2 classes and a conference at the Hilton hotel. We loved walking 20 minutes to our classes on the beach in the morning instead of driving. As we chose not to rent a car.
The view of the ocean was beautiful. We saw dolphins swimming by, lots of sea birds and pelicans diving into the water to feed.
The water was very warm and loved taking spontaneous walks on the beach at night. The lightening & thunderstorms were great to observe. I can not recommend this place enough. It was very clean and quiet. If i attend more classes i am going to stay here again.
All 3 of us enjoyed our stay and were happy we decided this condo for our visit. Thank you!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
