Deposit & Cancelation policy: To hold your reservation, a $100 deposit is required. The balance, plus a refundable $200 security deposit, is due one week prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy – if the cabin can be rented for the time you reserved but canceled, then your deposit, less $50 will be returned. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival and it cannot be rented you forfeit your deposit. Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to the property, or cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit .

A beautiful Labor Day Weekend

This is our second trip to Northern Lights for Labor Day. The weather was fabulous, the cabin comfortable for 10 people with fabulous views of the lake. We rented kayaks around the bend of the lake and docked them at our dock for two days. Great kayaking, great bonfires, a wonderful family vacation!

Thank you for the wonderful time my family and I had at your cabin. We shared a lot of laughs and memorizes together and the view was incredible. The cabin was in great shape, super clean, not a complaint in the world! I would recomend this cabin to anyone wanting to get away and look for some Moose! Thanks again and can't wait to come back next year!!!!! -Kasey
