Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

We have 2 Condos which been redone, with new appliance, tile floors, living room furniture. This is not a motel with maid service. This is a Apartment sytle. 6 towels are supplied,Kitchen is full equip. No personal items supplied.

NO Washer and Dryer on units

Units have a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom also a full bathroom off the kitchen.

Walking distance to all. 1 1/2 block from all the shopping, Rides and outlets, and shows,

Dollywood approx 1-2 mils away

rates are $70/nt Plus $50 Cleaning year round rates
