Villa Gardenia sits on 0.65 acres amid a luscious garden. It is walking distance to the ocean and consists of two villas, 40 feet apart, connected by a patio and a 56x14 ft lap swimming pool. With three separate areas, the large patio is perfect for reading, relaxing, listening to the waves, enjoying a spectacular burst of colors at sunset, al fresco dining and stargazing. The two master suites are secluded on the top floor of each villa. Each has a king size bed and a private balcony with breathtaking views of St Barths', St Eustatius, St Martin and Anguilla itself. Two en-suite bedrooms, each with a separate entrance, are at the pool/patio level. Each has 2 twin-size beds convertible to a king size bed, and opens into a private covered veranda with stunning views. A cozy apartment at the garden level has a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting/dining area, a full bathroom and a private balcony. It has three twin beds, two of which can be converted into a king size bed.

Villa Gardenia is located in the quiet residential East End of Anguilla at Sandy Hill on Seafeathers Bay. The villa is a short walk to Sandy Hill beach, which is also accessible by car, and is within a short drive from a number of other beautiful sandy beaches. For fine dining, take your pick from a number of renowned local and international restaurants. If you prefer to dine in, the villa has two fully equipped kitchens, and is within 5 - 10 minutes from grocery stores.

    A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the reservation. The final payment of the remaining 50% is required at least 60 days prior to arrival. Once received, these deposits are nonrefundable unless the villa can be rebooked for the reserved dates, in which case only a 10% rebooking fee will be charged and the remaining 90% will be refunded. Full non-refundable prepayment is required for the Holida
  • Rates INCLUDE 10% government tax, 10% service charge and accommodation charge.
    Security deposits:
    The renter is required to provide a cash deposit in the amount of $1,500.00 as a security deposit to be held against any loss or
    damage to the villa or its contents during the rental period. The renter will be notified of the damages and the amounts to be deducted from the deposit, and the balance will be returned within 14 days of vacating the villa.

We was a family of my three daugthers , two in laws, and three grandchild of the age of 11, 8, and 2, all of us enjoy a lot on Villa Gardenia the layout was great because are very spacious and you can let kids playing and you can see them ,my husband love golf and he was very excited for the Temenos course on Anguilla. The villa has very good facilities, the kitchen very spacious, the BBQ was our high light, the bathroom very well maintain, like the rest of the house. The maid service very pleasent, the agent that received us on airport gave a good orientation and the owners always answer all of our questions,
