Yarmouth Vacation Rental house

I have to say that I have rented my fair share of homes from Owners and Kim has to be one of the top to deal with - The communication was great. As for the house, it was fabulous....it was clean, had all the essentials and very welcoming. After a long day at the beach it felt great to have such a comfortable place to come back to. The outdoor shower was awesome. Overall I would say that this house and owner are top of the tops and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Kim again.

Our family of 2 adults and two kids, 8 and 5, stayed for 4 months and we loved it! We found this home online and traveled from WA state. The owners were great to work with and we had a really fabulous time.

The home is adorable, just like the pictures and is great for families with kids. There are lots of toys and games, as well as a ping pong table in the garage. It's centrally located on the cape so we were able to see everything from Boston to Provincetown and nothing was very far. It's very close to Hyannis which has pretty much everything you need. It's also close to parks and a paved bike trail.

There are too many beaches to list but would recommend Mayflower for small children and skimboarding; the sandy part is large and the waves are small. Nauset beach is great with nice big waves, as well as the National Seashore. Again, tons of beaches and great fishing, both freshwater and saltwater!

We were fortunate to find some great restaurants. Captain Parkers may have been our favorite with amazing clam chowder. Kreme and Cone has great fried seafood.

There is also a drive-in about 20 to 30 minutes away, in Welfleet. We are drive-in movie buffs and they are hard to find, these days so we really enjoyed this.

We loved our stay and would certainly choose this home, again.

We just returned from the Cape and had a great time. This property was very nice and provided us with everything we needed. It is centrally located on the Cape so it's not too far a drive in any one direction to the attractions. The beauty of this home is it's in a quiet neighborhood with peaceful backyard, and lots of trees for privacy. It was more than sufficient for our family of four. Some of the pluses include: big BBQ, patio set, air, and all the little things like ping pong table and toys for kids, cooler and lawnchairs for the beach and the assorted kitchen utensils that we usually have to bring to a vacation home like this. The creme-de-la-creme in my opinion is the outdoor shower which even my kids enjoyed. Everything in the home worked and for the most part was in good shape. We visited West Dennis Beach (I highly recommend) which is about seven minutes from the house. We also visited Craigville Beach which was a much longer drive and a bigger beach, but in my opinion not as nice as West Dennis Beach. We rented bikes and cycled the Cape Cod Rail Trail (highly recommend). We took a ferry from Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard and once at the Vineyard we then took a two and a half hour guided bus tour which allowed us to see a lot of the island in a short period of time. We also visited the local fish markets on a regular basis to pick up fresh fish which we brought home to cook. Each of the main towns has their own fish market. The one in West Dennis is good as is the one at Underpass Rd in Brewster. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this vacation and property rental to others. The owners were very easy to deal with and made our vacation hassle free.
