This recently renovated 3 bedroom 3 bath townhome has decks on each level offering breathtaking views of the gulf. Walk through the front door into the main level which comprises the kitchen, dining area and main living room w/sleeper sofa. Upstairs is the master bedroom w/king bed and full ensuite bath plus a second bedroom w/2 double beds and adjoining full bath. Below the main level is another bedroom w/queen bed and full ensuite bath plus a large living room w/sleeper sofa. Parking for 2 vehicles. Located in the heart of Destin/Miramar/Frangista Beach. Close to all major attractions including a wide variety of fine dining, Silversands Outlet Mall, Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf, The Gulfarium, Destin Commons Mall, Destin's world-class fishing fleet and numerous golf courses. GUEST SIGNING RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE MINIMUM 25 YEARS OF AGE.

Another awesome family vacation!!

This is our second stay with this property owner in the Costa Del Sol development and it was wonderful. The unit is very nicely decorated and was very clean upon our arrival. We love being directly on the beach and our children can easily go from the beach to the unit while we watch. We can also go in to eat lunch and leave our umbrella and swimming things on the beach and keep an eye on them while we eat. No having to carry everything back in then back out again. Its a great location within walking distance to a great seafood restaurant, coffe shop, and other great places to shop. The reservation process was easy and check out was a simple phone call. Very pleased. All in all, we love this development and will continue to go back.
