We JUST completed a $10000 renovation! Some of the upgrades include- 32' HDTV's in all bedrooms, a brand new living/dining area, new carpet and new paint. Be one of the first to stay in our stunning new home.

Enjoy 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and

laundry, and 4 cable TV's, for less than the cost of a hotel! Our spacious 1447 square foot fully furnished luxury condo at Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee is just 5 minutes from Disney's main gate.

Location is the key! Within the resort our home is perfectly located just a 1-minute walk from the stunning double Olympic size lagoon pool with water slide, spa and dancing fountains, clubhouse with games room, video arcade, movie theater, state of the art exercise room and sundry shop. Further into the resort you will find a castle themed playground and picnic area.

Basketball, volleyball, putting green and tennis courts are offered at the recreation area just around the corner from our condo.

Condo is 2 minutes from RT 192 with all its attractions, restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, mini golf, gift shops. Universal Studios-15-20 minutes, Cape Canaveral-60 minutes, Tampa- 70 minutes. Disney main gate-5 minutes!

Golf: Mystic Dunes is next door to Windsor Hills Resort and there are dozens of golf courses within easy driving. The Orlando area is a golfer's paradise!

As Described - Maybe Better!

My wife and 2 kids (ages 3 and 5) spent a week in DIsney at Jan's condo. It was perfect! The pool was spectacular and only a 1 minute walk from the condo! Everything was well organized and clean. Having 3 bedrooms with small kids is critical - they went to sleep at 8PM after an exhausting day and we didnt have to tiptoe around. Shopping was only a few minutes away and there were several restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed the Black Angus Steakhouse which we ate at several times. If you are staying off the Disney property, this is a great place to stay (and save loads of money to boot...) Our friends with small kids who stayed at an expensive Disney hotel were kicking themselves because no one slept. We did! This condo is highly recommended.

My wife and our three kids (ages 7-11-15) had a great time here. Spent first day at the pool, which was great, and also very close to the condo. Last couple days we spent our days at Disney & Seaworld, and we loved how close this place was to the theme parks. Evenings we cooked and ate in the condo, and relaxed watching movies. The updates to the condo are fantastic, it's all new, and very spacious, and the pictures you see on the website perfectly represent what you get. I would absolutely recommend this to any other family!

Wonderful Disney Vacation

This condo was very clean with lots of room for my family of 5. Pool was nice and the development was safe. Getting to the parks was a breeze - very close by. It was everything we hoped it would be for our first family vacation to Orlando. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo over MLK weekend. The owners were very easy to work with, and quick to respond with any questions. The condo had a keypad entry, which made it easy for everyone to get in without a key. The beds were comfy, although we used our own pillows. There was a TV in every room, plus in the family room, and they had DVDs, books and games available for our use. We had 7 people staying there (4 adults and 3 children) and it never felt crowded. The owner supplied laundry and dishwasher detergent, but only one roll of TP per bathroom, so be sure to bring your own! The pictures on the website were very representative of the actual condo. I thought the price was reasonable. All in all, it was a great stay and I would recommend this condo.
