Rent this beautiful villa in Hilton Head's Beach and Tennis Resort, which is rated the number one family resort on the island. This villa was given the highest rating 'gold' by the on-site rental company. The ocean and pool area can be seen from the private balcony. You will be just footsteps away from the beach and large Olympic-size pool and kiddie pool. You will be provided with an equipped kitchen, linens, towels, and starter supply of soap and tissue. Enjoy the cable TV with a VCR in the living room. There are several movies in the living room entertainment center and a second TV with cable in the bedroom. There is free local phone service and a coin operated laundry facility right down the hall. The resort features two pools, plus a kiddie pool, convenience store, restaurant, bar and grill, 24 hour security, 10 lighted tennis courts, bike and skate rental, children's playground, fitness center arcade. Discounted golf rates are available.

10 Lighted Tennis Courts at the Resort: There are 10 lighted tennis courts available for your use with a tennis pro on site!

Extras!: You can literally park the car when you arrive and walk or bike to anything you need. There is a small convenience store at the resort as well as a restaurant and bar. In the summer the tiki bar overlooking the pool and ocean is open. A short walk down the beach takes you to more restaurants/bars at another resort. There is a fitness room on site for guests to use. The largest pool on the island can be seen from the balcony with a smaller kidie pool next to it--for your use. There is a playground for the kids and benches located throughout the resort overlooking lagoons with fountains. There's also picnic/grill areas throughout the resort as well. A coin operated laundry is right down the hall. There's on-site bike and skate rentals with trails that can take you all over the island. It is a great place for biking and skating, with very few hills!! There is also a large convention/meeting area on site. What a great place to have that seminar for work or wedding reception!
