Located on a quiet, sandy lane with private beach, near 1st Encounter Beach, this Bayside home has 3 second floor bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It offers central air conditioning and an open first floor living area with all kitchen amenities and 40' LCD television with DVR recording in the living room. A three minute walk brings you to a private association beach with its gorgeous sunsets. There are two queen mattress bedrooms and one bedroom with twin beds. One of the queen bedrooms has french doors which open to a balcony. There is a roomy screened porch off the kitchen for dining or relaxing; an enclosed outside shower and a washer/dryer. Two miles away is the National Seashore and its beautiful ocean beaches. Two freshwater ponds and the bike trail are less than a mile away and Provincetown and Hyannis are only a 20 minute drive.

Hiking and walking at scenic Fort Hill is 5 minutes away. Easy access to everything. Free Live band concerts are held at Eastham's Windmill Green. Convenient to Orleans and Cape Cod League Baseball games, Ben & Jerry's, Dunkin Donuts and restaurants of all types and variety.
