We stayed in this condo for a week at the end of April, 2009. The condo was clean and comfortable to live in. The condo is in a quiet complex which has a nice pool with lots of chairs, etc to relax in. It's also very conveniently located - the parks are an easy drive on the highway and there's a grocery store just up the road. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with. We'd certainly recommend this condo!

We stayed here during spring break, while visiting disney and daytona beach. It was very nice. no problems at all.

pool was great for relaxing. quiet area, but not so quiet you're afraid to move. friendly people in the area. close to stores and disney.

The owners of the condo are a pleasure to work with. The condo is in a great location,the complex is a very quite place that is tucked away not to far from the highway, the city or the amusement parks.As for the price it was very reasonable considering all of the amenities that this condo offered. I would highly recommend this place to any one how is looking for a resonable alternitive to staying either at a hotel or to one of the resorts.

Pros: Clean, well maintained with all the necessary facilities you need for a week or two. Very spacious with large closets in both rooms and an open kitchen design. The decor puts you in a tropical mood, even if the weather isn't always cooperating. The dual master bedroom setup is ideal for 2 couples to share the condo while still maintaining privacy. About 20 minutes from the doorstep to any of the Walt Disney World parks. Very easy to communicate with the owner.

Cons: One of the bedrooms has a king bed, while the other only has a double, but that's listed. It's on the third floor, so there are some stairs involved.

Minor notes: We arranged with the owner for a late checkout, but the cleaning service did not notify their weekend crew of the change. As soon as we called the owner, she assured us she would straighten the matter out, and we had no further issues. We were expecting to have to wash the dishes/towels before we left, but I found out that is included in the cleaning fee. The complex is VERY quiet since it's located in a relatively newly-developed area. Also, I noticed there was a Playstation 2, but it did not appear to have any cables to hook it up to the TV (not that we wanted to play video games at any point.)

Very nice and quiet location, we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we were in Florida for our son's ball games so were on the road most of the time. Would recommend for your vacation spot. Mike and Regina
