Looking for a clean, stylish vacation condo close to the sands of Waikiki? Located within the new Waikiki Beach walk district, this condo boasts the Halekulani, Embassy Suites, Waikiki Park and other high end resorts as neighbors. The 550 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit has recently been updated. Wood floors, tile baths, full kitchen with stove, fridge and dishwasher. Island style furnishings, a queen futon with a comfortable high end spring mattress in the living area, table and chairs and a lanai with a wonderful view of the water and sands of Waikiki only 100 yards away. The separate bedroom has a full size bed, private bath and its own ocean view lanai. This unit will comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Located at The Imperial of Waikiki, just a short 100 yards from the sand, your stay includes , free towel and linen exchange and use of unique rooftop pool. An added bonus is Waikiki Beach Walk entertainment and shopping district.

Notes: This private condo is located in the Imperial of Waikiki. The Imperial is for the most part a timeshare building, our units are private and not affiliated with the timeshare operation. There is a front desk where you will check in, valet parking is available for a fee, there are bellmen to help with your bags and a friendly staff that will share their aloha spirit with you. Maid service is available for a fee, trash is picked up for free. The rooftop pool, exercise room and dry sauna are available for your pleasure. The beach is 75 yards from our building. This condo was remodeled and upgraded in December 2005.

Immediate Vicinity: Our building is located in one of the oldest areas of Waikiki. In January of 2007 a major redevelopment of this area was completed. Several older low rise buildings were removed to make way for a $500 million entertainment and shopping area, older hotels have been total redone and brands such as Outrigger and Embassy Suites have come and made this area new and exciting with many new restaurants and stores. With all the changes to our area one thing remains, the Aloha spirit of the people you will encounter. We know this spirit of Aloha will make your stay special and we strive to complement this by giving our guests a beautiful place to call home.

Just a step to the beautiful beach. Close to lots of shops & restaurants. You can never find a place like this condo in such a reasonable price. We totally loved the view from lanais. I'd like to be back there again.

We just returned from 2 weeks of vacation in Sunny Waikiki...Condo was great and as advertized and everything including the friendly staff of the imperial was excellent.Karl,you were a pleasure to deal with and we recommend this condo to anybody that wishes to go to waikiki because you will not be dissapointed..location and condo is perfect ...Jean-Guy ,Annette and Christine from Moncton,NB,Canada.

We have just returned from spending a wonderful 2 weeks in this unit. Clean and a great partial ocean view. The Imperial staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked this unit for our son and another one of Karl and Penny's for us on our next visit. Can't wait to go back.

This was your first home we stayed in, #2104 - we loved everything about it and were very happy staying there - it was very comfortable, decorated beautifully, plenty roomy - it was so nice to have a few amenities in the kitchen cabinets to get you started, that was so thoughtful - the location of your condo is fabulous - a few steps from the beach and right outside the front door there's lots of happenings going on - we had such fun there - we hope we are able to come back next year. Thanks very much for sharing your lovely home with us. Anne and Danny
