The home is just 3 blocks to downtown Traverse City's full array of specialty shops, restaurants, galleries, and night spots. The broad, sandy beaches of Grand Traverse Bay are just 4 blocks away. The first floor of the home includes an updated kitchen and appliances, living room, dining room, full bathroom, and bedroom. The second floor includes a large bedroom with gas fireplace, a third bedroom, and a full bathroom. The home also features central air, high definition TV, free high speed internet, free long distance, and 2 car garage. In the nearby area are wineries on Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Old Town Playhouse, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, numerous golf courses, and boating opportunities.

Great home; great hosts

We wanted a nice home, close to town with the kind of amenities we are accustomed to in our own home. We weren't disappointed. The home was nicely appointe and tastefully decorated. We could walk anyhwhere safely, night or day, and were close to great restaurants, nice beaches and the movie venues for the TC film festival. Our hosts were most accommodating. We will rent there again.

This house was very clean and in a great location close to town. Neighbor was nice. There were 6 women staying for 3 nights and we had a terrfic time with great accomadations.

Fun for the Girls!

We just spent last weekend (Nov. 2008) on our 16th annual Girlfriends Weekend Away in Traverse City. This house was in a perfect location for shopping, dining, and wine(ing). It was a beautifully remodeled home with everything we needed for a great weekend away. We would all reccomend this home to anyone who wants to be close to it all. Thanks to Steve and Carol for their great hospitality!
