Our beautiful, air-conditioned home with a gorgeous pool is situated in Indian Point, a nice and quiet development only minutes away from shops, restaurants, and attractions; about one hour by car to either Gulf or Atlantic coast beaches. The property is well-maintained with wonderful palm trees. A hibiscus hedge completes the privacy as it covers the sides of our pool-area, so you are not overlooked. The house is fully furnished to a high standard for occupancy up to six to eight persons. All towels and linens, even beach-towels, and a baby crib are provided for your use. Our management company is nearby and will assist you in every possible way.

Notes: We have a pool in the backyard. Also we are located about 4 houses down from a park with a community pool, volleyball court, picnic area, and play ground. This is a great place to walk dogs or let children run around and play.

This house is exactly as shown in the listing. We stayed for one month Dec and Jan 2008 and the house was clean, well cared-for, and comfortable. It was in a good neighborhood very close to Disney World and hundreds of restaurants and stores. We were very satisfied with our rental and hope to come back again sometime.

it was our first trip to florida and it will not be the last. The house is very centrally located and everything is easily reachable by car. Especially good, we found the indoor pool area. The house is super-established and we have a very nice time. Very well liked us, the Outback Restaurant.Thanks also to Jonelle, which has supported us a lot.

The house is nice but we were disappointed we were told that the yard was fully fenced in confirmed by 2 emails and it was not fenced except for the lanai. The pool heat ws not on when we got there, the light switches do not work in the guest rooms, washer was off balanced, walls need painted, living room curtains torn on bottom. Needs
work on front yd landscaping. Could be a very nice house needs some TLC. Close for going to the parks/restaurants.
