Authentic 1920s mill with 20-foot original water wheel is now your home just ten feet from your own private 600 feet of waterfalls. Wonderful party deck with seven-person hot tub, gazebo, and wet bar with refrigerator just five feet from river. Enjoy walking up the meandering deck until you reach your own 60-feet-wide by 14-feet-high dam. At night you will be in disbelief with the beauty of the multi-colored spotlights shining on the waterfalls. Property also has its own covered bridge and kid's cabin with front porch and electricity. Property is very private but still near all the action of Clayton, Cherokee, Lake Burton, Lake Rabun, and Lake Seed. Just minutes from countless white-water rafting companies and snow skiing st Sky Valley, horseback riding adventures, hunting, fishing, hiking, and state parks.

Inside the mill offers a wonderfully rustic experience with a two-story great room with elk, deer, buffalo, and a full bear mount. Rustic hand-hewn beams tower above with the 20-foot-high, stacked stone, gas fireplace in the background and antler-adorned ceiling fans hang above. Four bedrooms upstairs are spacious and newly renovated with carpet in bedrooms and slate floors in the bathrooms. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

I have traveled all over the world, but this place takes the cake. I have stayed at many nice places but the Wolffork Falls Mill is the most unique and beautiful place we have stayed. Unlike most places where they use trick photos to bring you in, the pictures just don't do it justice. This lodge is so cozy and inviting. The Lodge sits just 6 feet off the water and waterfalls. You can also enjoy the view from inside or outside of the beautiful water and lush surroundings. It feels like your back in the 1920's. Just GO!! You will not be sorry!!

Absolutely Perfect! I have stayed in many places around the country and this place is like a shangri-la! It has everything you could ask for and more! The pictures just do no justice to the beauty of this spectacular vacation rental. When I rented this cabin I was told it was one of the top rated rental cabins in the country, and of course my reaction was like anyone else's would be...YEAH RIGHT! Let me tell you, I can not imagine a place more beautiful than this. This was certainly the vacation of my life! Thank you, THANK YOU!

This place is absolutely amazing folks! When I booked this place I was told it was one of the top rental places in the country, and I was like....yeah right! Let me tell you, I have NEVER in my life seen such a beautiful and awesome place! It is like Shangri-La! The falls are just breathtaking. Perfect, perfect, PERFECT! You will never find a more beautiful place to vacation at. Go and have the vacation of your life!

We took our family and 5 of our teen-age kids' friends up to this lovely place and were enamored with the beauty! As we walked in, one of the girls said, "It's just like Snow White's house!" We thoroughly enjoyed the place, the cove we drove through to get there, the rafting nearby...it really met our needs and then some. We HIGHLY recommend the place. (Bring your own soap and extra toilet paper.)

Disappointed Family Vacation

My family vacation was very disappointing. The hot tub didn't work and after looking at the guestbook it hasn't worked for awhile. The house needed a good deep cleaning (carpet and throw pillows soiled) and above all of that there was rat droppings in the kitchen drawers and cabinets. The next morning we got up early and had unexpected guest! A Dead Rat in dinning room. We take a family vacation atleast once a year and have stayed at alot of hotels and cabins I have never had an experience like this one before and hope I never do again. Would not recommend this to anyone.
