Enjoy magnificent views overlooking 13,000 foot Mount Baldy from your cozy living room with a gas fireplace, leather sofas, and plenty of natural light. Conveniently located near town, this condominium is just five minutes walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife or you can hop on one of the free shuttles to access town or Peak 9 base. Master bedroom has queen-size bed with private bathroom, including jetted tub and shower. Second bedroom has queen-size bed and shares a bathroom with third bedroom, which has two twin beds. The spacious living room has two new leather sofas, one which is a sleeper sofa. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mount Baldy as you gaze out the huge picture window. Dining area has a table with six chairs, plus a bar in the kitchen with three stools. Summer: Relax on the window seat or deck, enjoying the beautiful mountain views and listening to the rushing river outside. Leave your car parked! Walk into town for shopping, dining and festivals. Walk out the door for hiking trails and fishing in the reservoir. Bring your bikes for great paved biking trails all the way to Frisco or mountain biking out the door. Enjoy the bike park up Four O'Clock Run. Spend a day at the Alpine Slides and activites at Peak 8 base or enjoy a scenic lift ride to the top of the mountain. So much to do in the summer with great outdoor activities and a great town!

We stayed at this condo for a girls weekend getaway in the Summer of 2005. The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The view out of the front room was of the mountains and a mountain stream. We took advantage of the hiking right outside of the condo and the close walk into town. Great location. It helped make our visit to Breckenridge relaxing and fun.
