This new condo is fully equipped with all the latest technology & furnishings! Spotless, and VERY conveniently located at the Pier, amusement park, as well as overlooking the miles of white sandy beach. On site parking is also a bonus. Fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean right outside your master bedroom balcony, and wake up to the beautiful sunrise gracing the ocean floor! This is the "creme de la creme" of the Grand Victorian!

Our experience with renting this condo from beginning to end was wonderful. Not only was Arynne (one of the owners) a pleasure to do business with, but Katie the secretary at Grand Victorian was a delight and very helpful. The unit was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything and more we could have needed. We also loved the fact of having direct access to an indoor pool, the beach and amusement park, which the kids used at least twice a day. All in all I would definitely rent this particular unit again.
