The beach was across the street from the resort which was very convenient.
I would say that there was not an accurate description regarding the "continental breakfast". Usually when you say continental breakfast you serve milk, juice, mini-box cereal and may be fruit but this only had coffee, muffins, and fiber/snack bars. Plus they had a sign that said "only one one per person". I thought that was very misleading we ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast each day. However, even though the sofa bed's mattress you could feel all the springs the room overall was clean and had a nice smell.
Overall I would stay again but bring my own groceries for breakfast and another mattress/sleeping bag to put on top of the sofa bed's mattress.

The location was accurate but the property was not clean or well maintained. There were no dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc. The bar fridge was completely frosted up and we had to defrost. The only help management gave us was to provide small towels to mop up the floor. There was a connecting door to the next suite and our first night was spent sleepless because of rowdy neighbours in that room. The next mornng we went out our door to find a disgusting mess on the floor outside their door. Then the toilet backed up and we wasted the better part of a morning waiting for the plumbers to come and fix it. The management of the complex was less than helpful and they did not seem to know their jobs. I would not recommend this property to a friend or anyone else, however the pool was beautiful and well maintained. We usually went out of the area to have dinner because Clearwater beach is extremely busy.

Our recent stay at this Pelican Point condo was an extremely
pleasant vacation experience. The location was perfect, close to many of our favorite restaurants and nightspots, and just across the street from the beautiful Clearwater beach! The office staff was friendly and helpful, the maid service clean and prompt. The room itself was very comfortable, with all the amenities we could possibly need. The decor, recently updated, was modern and functional.
Best of all, the price was a great value for this area!
My wife and I had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This was a good place to stay for the price. The room was pretty spacious and it was great to be so close to the pool and to the beach. Not sure how often house keeping actually came to clean the room, but it wasn't too bad.
