Enjoy a perfect vacation in this completely renovated and upgraded property. The great room, a living room, dining area, and superlative modern kitchen, boasts glass sliders out to the backyard and floor-to-ceiling bay windows overlooking the 2 acre backyard. The granite fireplace lends a pleasing ambiance-the combination of chic and welcoming decor only adds to the warm invitation to settle in & make the most of your vacation. Off the great room is a den/family room, the second TV/VCR/DVD are here, flanked by a separate office/computer area- of course with wireless internet throughout the house and property one can work or play on your computer either in the house, at the pool, or even in the wildflower meadow. The three bedrooms are in a separate part of the house, one of the two full baths has a door leading to the slate path to the outside shower and pool area. 6 minutes' drive to the beach. We are off Christiantown Road ,near the Indian Chapel and burial ground, and a walking preserve- only 2 minutes by car,.A 4-5 minutes walk takes you to the PO, pharmacy, bank ,deli, and grocery shopping. Seth's Pond, for kayaking ,canoeing, or swimming is a 4 minutes' drive away, and West Tisbury's private Lambert's Cove beaches about 6 minutes away. This 3 acres is completely secluded, with beautifully groomed grounds. Martha's Vineyard has it all, we are the superlative romantic or family vacation spot on the East Coast-water sports of every nature, cultural events galore, the finest and simplest of restaurants- from upscale downtown to dockside tables. Miles and miles of beaches await every visitor, and don't forget the street fairs, farmer's markets and festivals for ambling and munching.

    The additional building you will see is a guesthouse with 3 bedrooms, w/ 2 queen BRs and a twin BR that sleeps 5 that may be rented in tandem in order to accommodate larger parties or guest overflow.

Notes: We also have a shed outside for beach toys, fishing poles, bicycles, sports equipment and anything else you may want to store for easy access to the parking area. There is a small deck landing outside each of the sliders leading from the great room, the bedroom with 2 twins and the master bedroom. There is a one-acre beautifully maintained lawn and gardens with a teak table and chairs, hammock on a stand, and a teak swinging glider in the backyard abutting the pool area. The wildflower meadow is beyond and is in bloom with different flowers during various times in the summer.
