'Elegant, airy, well-equipped, comfortable, convenient' are some of the words our guests have used to describe our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Parkside Villa. Our villa is located on the 2nd floor and features cathedral ceilings in the living and master bedroom areas. The comfy red couch invites you to sip your coffee while gazing at the wildlife activity on the lagoon. Located steps away from the lagoon bridge, this condo is only a 350 yard walk from Kiawah's famous 10 miles of pristine beach. In addition to its proximity to golf and tennis, and miles of walking and biking trails, our villa is surrounded by many island amenities. The Sanctuary (Kiawah's 5 star hotel), Night Heron Park (which offers recreation for children of all ages), and the Town Center (with a fine Food Court and market for necessities) are all right next door. A complimentary tote bag with a T-shirt, information about things to do in and around Kiawah as well as a map of the Island will be waiting for you.

One of the added bonuses of coming to Kiawah is that it is only 20 miles away from historic downtown Charleston. You will find that once you arrive in Kiawah, you will want to linger on this beautiful Island, but a visit to Charleston is definitely worth the trip!
