Destiny by the Sea Vacation Rental house

Costa Del Mar is a beautiful home, but lots of things broken! From day 1 as we begun to explore the home we started a list of all that was not working properly. Starting with the icemaker on the Main fridge in the kithcen. Hot summer days require cold drinks with ice right? well we had to go out daily and but bags of ice, what an inconvenience! 1st floor sofa bed broke, 1/2 bath exhaust broke & told never hooked up due to noise, would rather a noise, than smell! The large w & d on 3rd floor would have been convenient, if the dryer was hooked up and venting properly. All of our issues were addressed but most were not going to be fixed until following week. So basically our complaining only made things bettter for the future guests, not for our stay. Owners really need to do better at maintaining property, really a shame to let such a big beautiful house go down the drain. The kitchen faucet was loose and wobbly, we all joked that any day we would have a fountain in the kitchen when it finally broke loose. I mean it is the most used faucet in the house! Our family mad the best of it and enjoyed our week in Destin, we will return to Destiny by the Sea, but not to Costa Del Mar!! very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.
