Experience the Outer Cape in this newly built home that sits among the pines on the bay side of South Wellfleet. Set in an exclusive neighborhood, abutting the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary, this home is the place for rest, renewal and fun; and also close to beaches, harbor and other Outer Cape activity.
Our home offers a wonderful setup for family and friends with open living and dining with a gas fireplace and deck and large front porch that's ideal for kicking back. Outdoor shower to wash the salt away from along day at the beach. And an acre of land for numerous outdoor activities.
