Jayhawk Nest is a two bedroom, two bath waterfront home with a spectacular water view of the Sea of Abaco and Dalia's Island. The house sits on one acre of private property high above the water. A five minute walk takes you to the ocean beaches and a ten minute walk introduces you to the friendly settlement. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets while sipping your tropical drink. Enjoy the view from throughout the house, screened porch or deck. Keep your boat at our private protected dock or swim or snorkel in the clear water of the Sea of Abaco.

We stayed here for a week in August '09. Owners were great to deal with answering questions and giving any information that they had. House has beautiful views in all directions. Perfect for 2 couples or family. Dock is at the bottom of the hill and can easily accomodate boats up to 40'. Great location on the island as it is a 5 minute walk to Grabbers and the beach and 10 minutes to Nippers. You wont regret it.
