Spend your vacation in this lovely newly constructed 3 bedroom, ocean front house in West Dennis, MA. Modern Kitchen w/ eat in area, adjacent to a gorgeous Great Room w/ comfortable furnishings, surrounded by spacious outside decks. Skylights, large windows & glass sliders make the most of the spectacular views. 3 Bedrooms, include a Master Suite with a Queen Bed, and Master Bath with 2 sinks & full bath with shower. Two additional Bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The 2nd full bath has a full tub with shower. An added convenience, is an outside shower w/ dressing area. Central Air conditioning & heating make this a very comfortable & inviting place to spend your vacation any time of the year! Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. Just steps to the Ocean (Nantucket Sound) and Swan River beaches makes this convenient for young & old alike- it eliminates the need to 'pack the car' to go to the beach. Decks on 1st and 2nd levels w/ patio furniture,picnic tables and gas grills.

West Dennis is centrally located on Cape Cod and offers many different activities and attractions. Its location allows you to conveniently explore the entire Cape. The uniqueness of this property is that it is located on both Nantucket Sound and the Swan River. This offers many options for renters. Crabbing, clam digging and fishing are just out the back door. Kayaking, canoeing , boating and fishing at the front door. In addition, the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are right off the coast. Ferry Boats leave daily for day trips to these unique islands where you can take a tour, shop, dine or walk around at your leisure. There are many Activities for family fun including trampoline centers, batting cages, miniature golf courses and go-karts. The National Seashore is breathtaking with beautiful beaches and walking trails. There are movie theatres, flea markets and antique shops just a short drive away.
