This complex is just 2 miles south of Cocoa Pier, in Historic Downtown Cocoa Beach. Walk to the Famous Coconuts restaurant and bar. The beautiful grounds, Private Beach Access, and centrally located heated pool make this a perfect family get-away! This Non-Smoking Condominium sleeps six comfortably. The third bedroom is extra family room by day, close the French doors and lay down the futons to create double beds for a comfortable night. Peace and quiet, yet still close to all attractions!
