This new luxury furnished condo sleeps 8 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms.

PROM GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RENT IN OUR COMPLEX!

ONLY SEPT IS OPEN, AT THIS TIME! SEPT IS THE BEST TIME TO COME DOWN! DON'T DELAY!

The weekly cost in July and Aug is $2400. For the rest of the year, the week costs $2000. There is also a additional $100 cleaning fee.

Our newer condo, built 2006, is fully furnished with all new furniture, beds, and appliances. Inside the unit it also has a new full-sized washer & dryer. There is a lot to do all around the area or right at the condo!! We are located 1 block from the ocean and boardwalk, which has an amusement park and a water park. There are also games for the whole family to play on the boardwalk. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, spices, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. You can walk a block to a new restaurant, liquor store, ice cream parlor, and arcade room. Inside the condo we have a Nintendo game system, 4 TVs, 3 DVD/video players, and a c/d stereo, too. We had a fantastic time here!

My family of 6 stayed for a week and we wish we had bookd it longer! Everything was clean and new and dealing with the owner was a pleasure! The best part of the vacation was the location, along with the pool and the beach! My kids did not want to leave and my wife and I agreed with them. We hardly used our car once we got there. Everything is within walking distance. We will book here again and again!
