Minutes from beach, swimming pool, shopping, dining, golf course, boat launch and fishing pier. Open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. New Ceramic tile throughout. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Plenty of parking. Located on Snook Bayou canal with dock and boat davits. Exotic garden has 3 tier pond with waterfall and citrus trees overlooking canal.

Disney, Orlando a 2 hour drive, Busch Gardens and Tampa 1.5 hours. Close by Oyster Creek and Lemon Bay park, unspoiled large waterfront park, full of hiking trails, fishing spots and natural attractions.
