A brand new full luxury townhouse. The property was completed in 2006 and has been the model home for the builder. Everything is upgraded. Hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, private elevator, ceiling fans throughout, built-in sound system, stainless appliances, etc. 3200 square feet of living space on 4 floors. The townhouse property backs up to the canal and is located 1.5 miles from the public beaches. It is located in a cul-de-sac community with a community pool. The townhouses are set back from the community road and therefore have almost no traffic other than the townhome parking. A small boat launch is located just outside of the entrance to the community. Every bedroom is a Master Bedroom Suite. The 2nd floor is an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, living room and sunroom in continuous open space. We have two units adjacent to each other in case you are in need of two homes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • August 16-23 and August 23-30 Specials due to cancellations, Call for the rates
  • A security deposit of $400 is required and will be returned after an inspection on the Saturday of departure assuming no damages. Once you have decided to rent, we will mail out a contract. Once the contract is signed and a check for the Security deposit and half the rental amount is returned the week is locked up for you. You may cancel and get a full refund if we secure a rental for the week you reserved. The balance of the rent is to be sent in 2 weeks prior to the rental period and at that time we will send you the keys. Once the keys are returned and there are no damages, the security deposit will be returned.

Golf: Golf is available at a number of nearby golf courses, the nearest being Bear Trap which is a 5-10 minute drive.

Beach Access: The nearest Public Beach is located 1 1/2 miles away. You can drive to the beach and park at the metered parking. It is a 30 minute walk, which we often do. Additionally there are a couple of places to park and then take the Bethany 25 cent bus right to the heart of downtown Bethany. Should the beach be crowded, I drive the family over to the beach, return the car to the house and then bike over to the beach, which takes 5 minutes.

Upgraded Appliances: Full line of Kenmore Elite Stainless Steel appliances. One Double sink with disposal, and one single sink on the other side of the kitchen. Flat top radiant cooktop. Built in Microwave. Ultra quiet dishwasher. Kenmore Elite Fridge.

A wonder home to stay at Bethany Beach area!

It's a wonderful stay for our group. Everybody in our group enjoyed the house. The community is quiet and beautiful.

Although the house description askes 12 people, but owner is very kindly to allow our 16 people to enjoy our vacation together.

The house is spacious, all four bedrooms are like master bedroom. House is very clean fulfilled with bright sunshine. Driving to the beach, boardwalk shops are only minutes. Kitchen has everything we need to cook. The swimming pool just right across front door, kids enjoyed it very much. Kids also enjoyed a DVD movie found on the bookshelf!

The owner was very helpful, reply our email right way, and very kindly and patient to answer all our questions.

We went beach, deep sea fishing, crabing, boardwalking, shopping, etc.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in this wonderful town home.
We'll definitely come again!

Excellant property. Our entire family of 12 stayed very comfortably. Master bedroom is wonderful. I would definitely stay again!!!
