This place was really nice. When we got there (on a Thursday during mud season) and stepped out of the car, it was totally silent - just the sound of wind and birds. The view from the patio was beautiful, it looks out over south Steamboat. The place is located high above Steamboat, so it feels very quiet and serene and away from all the noise and (other) tourists! We had a really wonderful stay and loved Steamboat!

I stayed at Flint's condo for all of Feb and first half of March 2012. First, the Scandinavian facility was great: well kept, warm pool and hot tub all well maintained. The van pickup/dropoff for Thunderhead Lift and the base always on time with very curteous and helpful drivers. Flint's condo, a studio, faced south with a south deck, so the view was wonderful and sitting on the deck on a sunny day was perfect after a good day of skiing. The condo was well equipped and Flint was very responsive to questions and needs.
All in all, I 'd go back at the drop of a heat, especially if Flint could guarantee the fantanstic skiing that took place this February. Even without that guarantee, I'm booking again next winter.

My husband and I just got back from Steamboat Springs, we stayed at this condo, it was perfect for us, the view was even more beautiful than the picture shows, the owner keeps it VERY clean, the bed was comfortable, everything described is accurate, The shuttle service was there to pick you up at the times listed. If we had any questions the owner was more then happy to help. We will be back to stay at this condo again,.

This condo was in an absolute perfect location! Close enough to the ski area (and trails) to walk from the condo yet easy access into town for dinner or stopping at the Old Town Gym and Hot Springs for a soak after dinner. The photos are great, they show all the specifics nicely such as the full kitchen, the views off the balcony and the gas fireplace. The murphy bed was easy to use and very comfortable, even for someone who has had back surgery and needs a good supportive mattress! We left it down and still had plenty of room to cook and spread out in the condo.Everything was SUPER CLEAN and easy to use. Everything available in the kitchen including some spices! It is just the right size for a couple or maybe a couple and one small child. Gas fireplace was wonderful on the fall weekend as we were simmering soup on the stove and watching the snow fall outside. WIFI worked great and the hot tub outdoors was available just below the balcony on the ground floor. Make sure you either ski or run/hike the trails up at the ski area while you are in Steamboat...the views are spectacular. The Old Town Gym and Hot Springs are a must do also.
