Private entrance with parking spaces right in front of villa. A few minutes walk to the beach, pool, tennis, golf, and fitness center at the Westin Hotel. Biking and walking trails right outside your front door. Your home away from home. Close to Sam's, WalMart, McDonald's, Starbucks, LoneStar, I-Hop, Golds Gym, and Outlet Shopping! It is located in Port Royal Village, within walking distance of the Westin Hotel. The beachfront is gorgeous; largest beach I have ever seen and very flat - great for walking, running, and biking! Communal pool just 10 steps from front door. Villa has high-speed Internet access, surround sound, DVD/CD player and is pet friendly. Newly renovated bathrooms with luxurious stone and marble fixtures. Large TV in Living Room & TV in each bedroom. Comfortable furniture w/ sleeper sofa.

My family always goes to Hilton Head and stays at the Westin. We have a 14 year old and staying in a room or adjoining rooms just does not work out for us any longer so we deided to look for a condo or villa. After looking at many places we found this one and it was such a positive experience. We left on monday and today is Wed and and I am already rebooking to go back. It was very comfortable and it felt just like I was at home. The owners are fantastice and honest and I am very happy that we have found a place we can rent with confidence. Everything in the condo was comfortable and the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very nice also. The villa had such a relaxing cottagy feel. The kitchen was also very nice. If you are looking for a home away from home, then you should rent this villa :) btw: the beach is near and you can easily walk to it.

Overall, the home was wonderful. Extremely clean and easy access to the beach. You can use the facilities at the Westin which is also great. The home was in a very quiet location so it made it very easy to relax. The owner makes it very easy by sending the keys way in advance and also sending a return packet. The drive to Sea Pines is not very long unless you hit traffic. Definetly rent a bike as it is really the best way to tour the beautiful Port Royal community. There are two grocery stores nearby so you don't have to travel far to get what you need. Also, make sure to check out Shelter Cove which is just a mile or so down the road. They have great shopping and wonderful resturants. The only complaints I would have about the home is that the pillows in the bedrooms are extremely flat (bring your own), and that the blinds in the master bedroom make an annoying noise when the air conditioner is on. It's actually enough to wake you up if you are a light sleeper. I would book here again in a heartbeat!
